Exhibitor Set up

​

The exhibition is taking place in the Harry Chorley Suite.

​

Exhibitors can set up from 12:30–13:30 on Wednesday 17th June.

​

Please note registration will open from 14:00, so please ensure you are fully set up by 13:45.

​​

Loading / Unloading

​

Delegates are advised to park in the top car park and unload from there as there is a fire exit door in Harry Chorley leading straight out to that car park. Please note we cannot guarantee car parking, and we only have a limited number of spaces.

​

Parking

​

Please note that the venue only have limited parking spaces at the hotel this is not guaranteed and is only ever offered on a first come first serve basis, chargeable at £10 per day per vehicle or £20 overnight per vehicle.

If you are unable to park at our hotel we do recommend another alternative car park which is  approximately 10-minutes walking distance from us.

Q-Park located off Butts Ct, Albion St, Leeds LS1 5JS. Chargeable at roughly between £ 20 and £ 30 per day dependent on the timings you choose to park.

The exhibition format is open plan, table top style. Please note that shell schemes are not supplied for this even

Audio, Visual Hire

​

Screen hire is available on a first come, first served basis.

​

Screens are charged at £250 per day or £450 for the full event.

​

All screen orders must be placed by 15:00 on Wednesday 10th June.

​​

Post Event

​

All items that are being returned by courier after the event, must be packed up, labelled, and given to the reception team.

​

All items must be collected by 09:00 on Friday 19th June.
